A new year a new me?

Sorry I have been absent lately, work has been taking over me the last few months...ok ok so its been longer than a few months...October is a long time! :) :LOL So let me catch you on everything. So in December we got the news we were doing a remodel in our Target store, we were sooo happy about it, and getting Produce in, that way we could compete with some other stores, like Walmart and Safeway. Of course I was in baby for a while, then I got moved to H&B for a while, then I asked my boss to go on to the remodel team, of course she was skeptical on it because I'm on of the good people on her team, but she knew something I didn't. I worked overnights, 9 pm to 530am 5 days a weeks, Sunday through Thursday, 40 hours a week for 3 months. Now before the remodel started I didn't do much of anything...well it was winter and rainy all the time so...what else was there to do? I mean seriously! LOL

Well I found out *She who may not be named* will be working overnights too...great just what I wanted...some bitchy ass girl telling these new people how to do their jobs when she doesn't have a trainers thing herself. first few days went well, then the vacuum wall was all that had to set her off! I asked her where the rest of the label strips were and she was like they are all right here...nope nope they weren't. I went to the boss and she was even super pissed when I told him that she said that they were all there but they weren't and I wasn't sure how to do the back wall. She got mad walked off and in front of the flow team she said "F**k this shit," seriously who does this...well after that we didn't talk anymore. Fine with me, I was making new friends with other people I didn't care, plus Brandon had me doing other things that needed to be done.

Remodel was going great! Loved being on the overnight remodel team. Met some pretty cool people, including some of the guys that did our new fixtures. :) Well May came around and they were almost done and pfresh would be there shortly :( aww how can I not work with out all this noise they brought to overnight? I loved this noise they had going on every night! Remodel got done I went back to flow, and I was in H&B for a while, then got put in the middle for a few weeks, now I am in housewares.

SOOOOOO, back to *she who can not be named* ugh what can I say she is starting up trouble again at work with me. Well a few weeks ago I asked her to start calling the market pallet before it hit a half of pallet so it would let the bowlers know it needed to be gone shortly. Ugh no she got all mad at me and was like "Ashley, I have been calling it for 20 minutes..." I was like "then why didn't you ask someone to take it out..." "I did Ashley!" ok ok I let it go again! Then the other day I was on the line with her, and we had LOD Zach with us helping out, and he told me I had a tough job, after he asked what i did and told him, and I called out a few pallets and *she who may not be named* yelled for one to go and I said back down the line "I already called it and a few others, I'm on top of it!" I wasn't being rude at all! why do I need to be rude to anyone at work? seriously!? So I went to help put some market on the new pallet with Kristen, well she came up to me again and was literally yelling at me "Ashley! I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't yell at me on the line!" I calmly said to her "I wasn't yelling at you, I was stating the fact that I had already called it and a few others." and she got soooo mad...so i went on my way to do my things. Well I needed to stay late and take a test and finish a cart of baby food. Well after work I got called to the office...mind you I had already clocked out...and she was called to the office! In my mind I'm saying "shit what the fuck!" it was just to let us know that we need to squash what we have going on...seriously its not me Cindi its her...its all I wanted to say...I let her plead her case and every time I would say something she would interrupt me...now I didn't do that to her...plus I wanted to be like "Bitch STFU. i let you talk its my turn!" but I didn't I was calm. and whatever she wants she won't get that jealous bitch! I had already told my boss's that I wasn't gonna set myself up for failure. Its just not me. What is the definition of Gemini? This is a definition of Gemini:
Gemini is Mutable Air, and its keyword is "I think". Symbolized by the twins Castor and Pollux (one heavenly, one of the Earth), Gemini rules the conscious mind, and represents the duality and law of opposites in all things. You are the butterfly of the Zodiac, flitting from one experience to another, sometimes staying only on the surface and lacking in depth. You're centered on thoughts, words, communication, and the pursuit of intellectual stimulation. Friendly, clever and witty, you like almost everyone and could sell them something as well. You'd make a good teacher, writer or reporter, and need a job where you can move about and associate with others. Variation, flexibility, and freedom in relationships are important to you. In the body Gemini rules the nervous system, arms, hands, shoulders and lungs.

In the personality

Gemini persons tend to be restless, intellectual folks. They are mental people by nature, and have a dynamic spirit that is intellectually impressionable and inspired by pure ideas. This dynamism allows them to default to a more positive mental state. They are able to, and enjoy synthesizing bits of information to get a good idea of what's going on. This may however come at the expense of deeper understanding of things or verifying their integrity all the way through. There's somewhat of a tendency to be social butterflies, unless SaturnSaturn is strong or there are other introspective elements in the astrology chart. They can be somewhat childish in demeanor, sometimes a bit lacking in responsibility, unless the chart shows strong mature indications. They may have something of a mischief or a prankster in them. They just love having a good laugh, but may sometimes annoy others in the process. They can be quite humorous and usually have a rather bubbly and stimulating personality which can attract many admirers. Communication and interactions are fundamental in this sign, Geminis can lose themselves when these are missing or ineffective. They need to know what's going on, or they may imagine bad things. They love having a discussion and sharing things, and it can have a great soothing effect on them when they are in a bad mood. They love finding common grounds with people. They need some attention, and can become resentful when people don't talk to them when they feel they should. They have natural distrustful inclinations, especially when there is no constructive communication going on. On a general note, these natives tend to be friendly, but are often covertly self-serving. They can be quite cool and calculated, however influence from VenusSymbol of Venus or a good Moon can help rebalance this somewhat and make them more thoughtful. They seek stimulating experiences, and although being somewhat intellectual in nature, they can get bored and lose their interest rather quickly. They nevertheless have a great wit, rather curious and inquisitive by nature. They dislike thick-headed people. Gemini is so mentally active that it can be rather forgetful. Gemini people can appear cold and somewhat emotionally unreachable, which may be bothersome to some. A more empathic Moon set up can help assuage this to some degree. Gemini has a reputation as a rather unfaithful sign. This, however, is a misconception, for when truly in love Gemini can be very loyal. They do need friends and a social life in order to feel complete. If the partner is willing to let them have a social life, Gemini will repay them with love and loyalty. But if not, Gemini may lose interest and either leave or begin an affair. For this reason Gemini really needs a partner who is just as social and can keep up with them. Unless there is a strong contrarian UranusSymbol of Uranus influence on the Sun or Mercury, they can be subtly influenceable, as their dynamic nature makes them susceptible to suggestibility and wishful thinking. In a similar fashion, this can make them rather well-inclined towards astrology. Experimentatively, Gemini appears to be one of the more intuitive signs in the zodiac. On the other hand it tends to stress out more easily than other signs.

Dualistic

Gemini is both an intellectual and an emotional character. They are able to see things not only with cold logic and reason but also with emotion and intuition. This has much to do with why they seem so fickle. It is not an intentional thing, they just vacillate between these two different points of view. This dualistic nature gives rise to ambivalence, which amongst other things makes them able to find great forgiveness where others seem to hold on to the hurt. As such, if a friend should lie to them, or if a lover is unfaithful, they still couldn't find it in their hearts to really hate the person. To Gemini, life is too short to feel hate towards someone for years. But depending on what the cause of the grudge was geminis have a holding grudge they can carry around for years. They still hold seldom grudges though.

Fierce

Geminis usually have very strong personalities. They may look like butterflies, but can sting like bees, being verbally and mentally damaging. An annoyed Gemini can be rather manipulative, and cause great damage all-around. Geminis usually have a friendly disposition, but they will do everything to protect themselves, their egos and those they care about. When they are crossed, a ferocious temper can be aroused: a terrifying sight to behold. They need to learn to keep this under control and keep a cool, levelled mind, so they don't cause incidental damage to their own interests or alienate people that they will be needing (especially in a rather fiery chart). Though their temper is passionate, it does not last long in such extreme levels and rather shifts to a more dynamic, ambivalent phase. Their level of independence and their ability to accomplish goals in the face of many obstructions makes this one of the more durable, sturdy signs.

Mercury in Gemini

When MercuryMercury is in this sign it makes the mind quite dynamic, but the memory is also less exacting, and there is some tendency to alter the original story in a way that is more appealing. This is not necessarily a deliberate process, but is more of the way they store things in their own memory. This makes them natural story-tellers, but makes it that much less reliable. In a negative chart, it can make them natural liars. But who wouldn't want a natural storyteller...whether or not it can make us natural liars? LOL

So my blog for today is done...more tomorrow...??? maybe I'll make it a daily thing from now on...if I can remember! HAHAHAHA :D

i'm doing what!?

Once again I haven't been updating my blog like I should, but I guess that's what you get when your busy or just not wanting to do it....ok ok so I totally forgot about my blog for a while. Since the last time I update my blog, I have....

Been working, playing with the babies, and looking for another job, so i can buy the car I want. Plus I have also found out my sister has a brain tumor, which surgery is scheduled for December 6th. It so far has affected her eye sight, hearing and now her left leg. I'm just hoping they can get her into surgery before that.

Sooo...work has been pretty busy lately. We have been doing some good changes and some bad changes. I am now working in baby most the time, but since Monday I have been training Jessica, who is now going to join the hang/basics team over in there little area...away from the rest of the clan. Sara is on vacation since her hubby is going to Bah Rain (if that's how you spell it) after they get back from vacation. So she has been going since October 8thish. Boy do I miss her some days =D They change basics and hang around...they are the same people doing it but...they now have to separate everything together so whatever box you take off the pallet you have to sort it...whether its hang or basics or whatever. Baby is changing also...maybe its better for my OCD that I change some of the ways I work there...maybe not...I'm not sure if I like the changes but thats me. LOL I'm supposed to put my pallets on either side of the 6 carts I do use in baby and separate it that way...no more walking to the isle and putting it in the carts, and no more taking the cart into the backroom and taking things out...now that was a WHOOLLLLEEEE nother story right there...and right now I don't feel like it should be said on here...but in the mean time I'm trying to get my OCD right and not freak out over little changes. Hopefully I don't freak out too much, and sorry in advance to my co workers if I do...but they understand sometimes why I freak out with "the Voice."

I have been to the art institute, and took a tour, and hopefully I can get in there for baking and pastry next year sometime. I love the school, I love baking but I'm just not sure if I want to pay the price to go there. O well, if I do want to go then I'll put my app in, if not I'll stick with Target and such.

There are soo many places I have been since August. Seattle, the super mall, pikes market, the hood canal, mount rainier, mount st Helen's, port gamble, Manresa castle, port Townsend where an officer and a gentlemen was filmed. umm and soo many other places. I love it here, I love going places to walk around or just to sight see, and I have more places to visit. I didn't like the most haunted place Port Gamble though, gave me a feeling I didn't like at all. Manresa Castle wasn't so bad but never got the feeling of anything being there. Pikes Market is just right down the road from the Art Institute, and it was awesome! we only went through some but we had to catch the ferry back to bremerton so we couldn't go through it all. mount st helens was a little bit cloudy on the day we went, and on the day we went to rainier we went on a free weekend so it was packed! both volcanoes were pretty though.

So Ghost Adventures Zak Bagans is going to be in Seattle this year...too bad I can't go. I would sooo love to see him and go ghost hunting with him! yeah yeah yeah I know what you are thinking...why like him, and why not watch ghost hunters, why get involved with ghosts anyways...well I like him cuz I do, I watch ghost hunters, and I love ghosts...i'm sensitive. I have actually have had ghostly experiences before...a lady talking in my ear...couldn't make out what she said. Then before I moved into the place we live in we heard a male laughing, and since then I have had a black shadow figure appear several times, i have had something sit on my bed, and one morning i was just laying in bed and something said something to me..(males voice) and couldn't make out what it said, but boy did I jump out of my bed and get scared...that was the first time I EVER got scared at a ghost. plus whom ever is living here with us has also scared the babies...i haven't seen or heard from him in a while...hopefully stuff won't happen now.

Well I dunno what else to talk about in this blog...and hopefully I can update it again soon...which hopefully I can do update it every week...which reminds me...I shall put it in my phone and have it to remind me every thursday to update this blog...night

August and a few months since....

So its been a while since I last posted a blog...whoops...but I have been busy between work and helping Nissa out with the babies.

So in these past few months we have moved into our place...right on the Washington Narrows, close to the puget sound as a matter of fact, just a walk right down the road and you'll get to the ferries =] I got a job at Target working on the Flow team...3:30 am to 8 am. We have been to Seattle a few times since we have been here already.

The Aquarium...it was awesome! Loved every minute of it! Well I would enjoy myself there...I love fish! (just not eating it LOL) There was so much to see there and the boys well lets just say they had a good time also!

And a Mariners game. Which I would like to say even though I am a Milwaukee Brewers fan but...well lets just say I became a Mariners fan also LOL =] Even though that week I worked from Monday through Wednesday with little sleep! Worked Monday went home didn't sleep...went to bed after 11pm, got back up went to work, didn't sleep...got on the ferry, got to the game, stayed till the game was done, went home got clothes for work...went to my aunts house (since the car had broken down once again...and of course when i was driving it) went to work got home changed and went back to Seattle on Wednesday so Nate could go see his Doctor about some things and came home and didn't go to bed till late that night! ugh i thought i was gonna loose my mind LOL but at least i did have that thursday off!
Since then I haven't been back yet but since i live close to there why should i go every week? LOL butttttt.....ANNNNYYYY ways....my buddy Kaedyn has been welll...my buddy LOL can't live without me or without being near me lol.
We did go to the beach and the water fountains a few weeks ago when it was hot here...which was fun. Now its cold again but that is alright with me for now!
We have already gotten in snow pants and coats....we are wondering why we are getting snow pants and stuff in, in August! Geeze its only August, does distribution think that there is a snow storm heading this way or something that we don't know about!?!?! LOL Work has been...well...work. between 4 and 5 days a week lately with over 2000 pieces...which can be bad for us in hang but...well at least we are keeping busy.
Well my parents had a flood where they were at...and boy did it stink in Pearl City! Tim's car lot was under water again! my parents basement was flooded, and so was my best friends...well at least FEMA came out to help a little. But yeah sooo much is going on in sooo little time!
This week I have to go to work...and monday is a BBQ with my aunt and family, since she is leaving Thursday for Minnesota for a little over a week and I am watching her dogs for them. Which should be fun, a house to myself...umm yeah not sure what I'll do yet but I'll figure something out! LOL

Welcome to...

Well we made it here safe and sound...considering there was a snow storm on the pass in WA on the way here.
Our trip started on Saturday May 1st, May day, and we got off to a late start, by then everyone was getting cranky and irate. Once we got on the road it was all better, the boys went ahead to the first rest stop and us girls and the babies, and Noah went to get a few things, and then headed towards the boys. All was good stopped a few times to pee and what not, and headed back on the road....right through Minnesota onto North Dakota.
The weather was bipolar as we called it...it was sunny sometimes, and then would head right into rain, as you can tell by the picture above. Then when we hit around our first stop in Dickenson, we kinda hit snow...

The next day we left with some snow on the ground headed towards Butte, Montana. Annissa said that Montana felt like it took years to get through, which it did considering how long the state really is from Idaho to North Dakota. Montana was pretty when you hit the left side of the state looking on a map, but otherwise it looked okay. LOL =] Butte was amazing, still trying to figure out the red tepee looking things that were around the city. The next day after our stay in Butte, we headed towards Bremerton, Washington. Oh, and BTW, most the time we did get pictures was in the day, and most the time we drove was at night, or into the night, so that is why there aren't many pictures of Minnesota or Washington on my FB page. But, anyways, the drive was amazing, and beautiful at times, when it wasn't snowing or raining. LOL =D Most the time we were in WA driving there, we were in the dark...so I couldn't get pictures of Seattle =[ O well, there are going to be plenty of opportunities to go over the sound and visit Seattle, or Tacoma or where ever else.

bring may flowers?

Haven't written in a while. Been helping out around the house with the boys. My phone charger broke so I have to hold the wires to the charger when its plugged into the phone =[ I guess that is what you get when you buy an $8 charger, I'm hoping to get my last paycheck soon so i can go buy another one that isn't broken! LOL =]

About 16 days till we leave for Washington. Me and Annissa will be driving the car along with the "Twins" Nathan, and Kaedyn, as everyone calls them since Nathan is about the same size as his younger brother. LOL While the other 3 boys will drive/ride the moving truck, or we might switch Noah back and forth between the two vehicles.

I'm hoping that since we are taking the babies it won't be that hard since one is going to be 3, and the other is 19 months...lol that means lots of snacks and drinks, plus A LOT of diaper changes LOL =] and that means a lot of stops...which i'm hoping won't happen all that often cuz this girl will have to pee every time we stop then LOL...ok ok maybe not so much every time but at least a few times if I can't hold it LOL I'm hoping that the drive won't take too long since I am getting excited for Washington even if people want me to be back home. Which I am thinking about doing after being there so long, if I want to go back to Illinois....=S I know my mom wants me back home, and so does Darren but I'm not sure yet if I want to go back home to IL and live there the rest of my life. If you know what I mean.

For the past few days it has been kinda cloudy and last night it rained...again. but I guess the rain don't bother me as much, so I guess we will get along out west =] So waiting for May is going to be tough, not only do we move in May, my 21st birthday is in may too! =] Not sure what we are doing yet but...we'll figure it out later when we get there. =]

April showers...

It still feels like winter with all this cold weather we have been getting! We had one 80 degree day, then went back to being about in the 40s and 50s, and most the time it is raining out, which i don't mind rain but get lightning involved and I get freaked out LOL :)

Well, what is new in my life since the last time I wrote? Well, I started packing more up, and waiting till I can put it in the truck to leave on friday night. My last day to work is on Thrusday, then I leave for WI. YAY! =] I'll then help my cousin finish packing then get things in the U-haul or something, and leave the first weekend of May.

So the other night I was hanging out with my friend, and had a "friend" IM me, I started talking and the next thing you know I was getting phone calls, and texts harassing me. I called the cops today to report harassment and they gave the chief the run around, for almost a half hour he finally got the name of the person who called me back, when he was still here. He had told them he wasn't going to do a report about it but since they called and was acting jerkishly he was going to do a report. which I think he was just doing that to get them to tell him his name. Yeah sometimes people are just stupid. and hopefully they stop talking to me and all that. If they don't I'll do it again.

We did have a wolf spider in the house...well at least my brother thinks it is...since my dad smashed it with a book...
On the brighter side BREWERS won today! Now they are 2-1 since the beginning of the season =] yay! Should I maybe also become a Mariners fan...? Well, maybe I'll think of it. LOL I can always give them a try, but...at heart...I'll always be a BREWERS fan at heart! Well my time to sign off for now...I'll make sure to take pics on my way to Eau Claire...well at least try to since it will be dark most the way =]

upgrade the bullshitometer and change the batteries in the dickhead detector

So its been a few days since I last blogged, I'm sorry about that. LOL I have been busy lately with packing up a few more things, and working.

Sunday was a steady kind of day at work, not too many people came in but every time I went to do something someone else would come in wanting a sandwich. O well, I guess, LOL =D I came home and baked some cookies with color frosting so they would be ready for Easter...well it turns out that in my house when I bake cookies...they are gone within a day or two! And on the other side...well lets just say I only got one cookie with green frosting...cuz it was the last one with green frosting on it LOL =D Sunday I just basically worked, came home baked, did some dishes after I was, and watched a movie called Riding in Cars with Boys with Drew Barrymore. One of the best movies of all time! =D

Monday Monday Monday...didn't do much fed the cat and dog, sat around watching The Singing Bee, helped my ma out a bit, talked on the phone with Chelsey for a bit, and basically yelled at a High School student for calling a friend of mine who found out she has cervical cancer now, white trash. Who would call someone that name? That makes me mad, that and the word Hooker, are just degrading to certain people in certain contexts. Then she had the nerve to turn around and add me on facebook, as people know I will actually look at your profile to see what that person has been up to lately if I haven't seen them. Well lo and behold her friend wrote on her wall and laughing at what her friend said about my friend...so I did read the comments and the girl that added me, also called me White Trash! I was like no way in God's name did you call me White trash and put it on your facebook, and then add me and I can see what you write...haha EPIC FAIL! If your gonna add someone as a friend on facebook then you might not want to write about them 7 hours before you add them as a friend on there! hahaha I do consider myself to be more classy then some of these "rednecks" around here. I am a big city girl and they are small town girls that are still in high school and don't know the meaning of "being out on their own." BTW I am still trying to think of something to say to her about calling me white trash, and I also reported them for saying that me and my friend were white trash.

Last night was kinda boring but the moon was really BRIGHT!!! LOL boy do I love the moon and stars this time of year...ok ok all year long I do =] I guess the moon is supposed to be different colors tonight.

haha just had a good laugh with my bro's girlfriend Chelsey. I asked her if she wanted a cookie before they were all gone and she said yes...so I told her to get her butt in the kitchen and get one. She took one and started eating it and she said yummy =D and out of the blue I said "Thats what she said!" hahahaha =D wow, haha must be in a good enough mood to say that!
